The process for entering your swimmer in non-M3F-hosted meets is as follows:
- Refer to the “Order of Events (OOE)” and the “Info” documentation, posted for the meet on the Meet Schedule page, to choose your swimmers’ events. Note the limitations on individual events per day, and maximum number of events for the meet, as outlined in the meet “Info” document. This document will also contain details for calculating meet fees.
- Email Chuck Gannon with your swimmer(s)’ entries. For each swimmer, please include the following information:
- Name;
- For each event entered, please include the event # and event description. Seed times are optional, as they are already in the database if your swimmer has competed in that event previously. If it is a new event for the swimmer, the coaches are available to help with estimating a seed time, or Chuck will select one when he completes the entry file.
- ENTRY DEADLINES: Entries for each meet are accepted from the time the “Info” and “OOE” documents are posted, up until the deadline, as indicated on the Meet Schedule page.
- Refer to FEE INFORMATION included with each meet’s information and calculate meet entry fees due for your swimmers.

- Meet entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Entries will be posted for your reference on the Meet Schedule page shortly after the deadline.
